Our gorgeous diva, Jeanne (1867-1946) was born in Paris, and also completed her education there, until she got the title of "couturiere". She first started making clothes for her own children, who became too cool for school, and all the rich little brats wanted the same stuff. Soon after that, the mothers' wanted some of her clothing as well, which made her business flourish, and she opened her boutique soon after, and the rest is history.

As we all know, since then, Lanvin has become one of the leaders of the fashion industry, and they have been making everything under the sun, from jewelry to perfumes.
